Low roller is a term used to describe someone who’s the opposite of a high roller. While high rollers look for high stake tables where they can bet maximum amounts of money, low rollers normally play at tables with low stakes.
It is a common misconception that low rollers are new players who are afraid to risk a lot and don’t want to lose.
