While working as the CFO of Red Tiger Gaming, Falzon facilitated and navigated Red Tiger’s sale to NetEnt in 2019 for more than $315 million. More recently, NetEnt reported its earnings increased by 58% in a year, with US market earnings growing to a whopping 313%.
Falzon also played a vital role in the legendary 2020 sale of NetEnt to Evolution — a deal that was worth $2.1 billion.
