Day One — Off We Go
The attendees came pouring on day one of ICE London, signalling the start of an event unlike any other in the gaming industry. Dancers rocked the house at the plateau outside the conference hall and embodied the event’s theme — Stronger Together.
The conference halls were bursting with creativity from providers and developers alike, with innovations like robotic live dealers and VR and AR games delivering the most immersive gaming experience to date.
A special Consumer Protection Zone was established to ensure that providers and operators stay ahead of the game when it comes to safer gambling.
Pitch ICE also had a prominent position on the conference floor and gave startups a chance to present their ideas to potential investors and partners. Success stories and experiences from winners of last year’s Pitch ICE were shared, motivating new startups to bring forward ideas that could transform the gaming landscape.
The ICE 365 studio streamed all debates and talks on ICE365.com and allowed viewers from around the world to stay up to date with the latest industry developments.
Day Two — Gaming Innovators Assemble
SoftGamings was one of 623 exhibitors from 68 countries attending day two of the ICE 2023 conference, which featured seminars, discussions, and unmatched networking opportunities. The ICE eSports Arena hosted a premier of the film Ironclad dealing with the impact of tech inequality in esports through the eyes of players.
The second day was also reserved for inclusion, a celebration of diversity, and discussion of other burning topics through long panels and seminars. Few other conferences across the globe give their guests the opportunity to try a multitude of new games, meet celebrities, and enjoy world-class entertainment.
ICE London 365 Closing
The 2023 ICE London at ExCeL exceeded all performance indicators. It drew record-breaking crowds, top international innovators in the gaming industry, delivered a full day of entertainment throughout the conference and even attracted some of the sport’s biggest stars like Luis Figo and John Obi Mikel.
These three days also proved quite fruitful for SoftGamings, as they were filled with networking and business opportunities that would hopefully result in more players getting access to our casino solutions.
